Shipping guidelines
1. Shipping area
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
2. Shipping costs
A shipping fee of CHF 30.00 will be charged for all orders.
All prices include VAT.
3. Delivery times
Shipping is directly from our Swiss warehouse.
The delivery time is usually 10 working days after receipt of payment.
Should a product be temporarily unavailable or should there be delivery delays, we will inform you of the expected delivery date via email.
4. Shipping service provider
We ship via Swiss Post or an equivalent parcel service.
5. Self-collection
Local pickup is possible in Bremgarten AG, of course without a shipping fee.
6. Transport damage
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Should you discover any transport damage or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours via email at compovita@gmail.com. We will take care of a solution.
7. Returns
For returns within the 14-day return period, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please only return items after prior consultation with our customer service.
8. Customs & Import
All products are already cleared through customs and imported by CompoVita.
Our customers will not incur any additional customs or import fees.
